Baking stories wedding cakes
You are getting married, how cool is that! A wedding represents the commitment that two people enter into with each other. So something very personal. You have probably already arranged a wedding date, location and some other suppliers and it is now time for the wedding cake! The wedding is a day you will always remember. With Baking Stories I want to create memories full of love. This through personalized wedding cakes.
Ordering a wedding cake
Depending on the wedding date, bridal couples will contact us about 6-8 months before the wedding. On average about 4-6 months before your wedding we will schedule a tasting. During a tasting you will get to taste various fillings and biscuits. These are presented separately so that you can combine them yourself to find the ideal taste for you! While you are tasting, we will also discuss the design of the cake. This is then worked out in a sketch so that you get a good picture of the wedding cake. On the wedding day, the wedding cake will be delivered by me personally.

Tasting
It is important that the wedding cake not only looks good, but it really is! During a tasting you can taste various biscuits and fillings to find your wedding cake. Based on an intake, I will send you a taste proposal that has been devised specifically for your wedding. Most couples come to have their tasting 6 months before the wedding.

€50 is charged for a tasting. The tasting is for two people. If you want to bring more guests, € 17.50 per person will be charged. If you order the wedding cake from Bakverhalen, the €50 will be deducted from the order amount.
Cutting service
Are you not getting married at an official wedding location or does the wedding location like it if I cut the wedding cake? Then you can use this option! After you have cut the first piece I will take over to cut the cake for the guests. Can also be combined with renting matching pastry forks and forks and cake platters
Delivery
All wedding cakes are personally delivered by us. We are always in contact with the location about this. This way you don't have to worry about whether the cake will arrive safely and on time at the location. Delivery charges are based on distance.
